Let me start off by saying that I do not consider myself to be Crossfit. With this being said , this Crossfit Gym and all of the instructors have got to be the best I have ever experienced. I have tried my fair share of Boxes/Gyms and none compare to the compassion and dedication that you will receive from these instructors. They are very personable and very helpful. They will take their time and help you with your form and make you want to be there. I wish I could have more great words to say, but I can't express enough what I think about them......Just go and experience for yourself. THANKS!!
